1. Who we are
Call Agents is a UK-based AI voice agent service that handles inbound and outbound phone calls for businesses. We are the data controller for the personal information you submit through this website.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us via our enquiry form (name, business email, phone number, business type, call volume, consent record).
- Standard technical information when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
- Call recordings and transcripts of conversations handled by your AI agent — held under your retention policy and only accessible to your authorised users and our support team.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To configure, deliver and improve the AI voice agent service for our customers.
- To meet our legal obligations (e.g. fraud prevention, accounting, lawful basis records).
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest for B2B prospect contact, on consent for marketing where you've ticked a box, and on contract performance for service delivery to paying customers.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry form data: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Customer call recordings and transcripts: kept according to your account's retention policy (default 90 days, configurable). Billing records: kept for 6 years to meet UK accounting requirements.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the platform (cloud hosting, telephony providers, voice and AI model providers, payment processors) — all under written data processing agreements.
- Authorities where we are legally required to do so.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure is UK-hosted. Where any sub-processor is outside the UK/EU, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@call-agents.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
9. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for the form and basic security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
